Historia
This audiobook reveals the truths your clients need to know about the real cost of care in their retirement years. You have aging clients now, and their numbers will rise over time. This goes deeper into the risks of needing care, and the myth that Medicare of Medicaid will take care of what most people need as they age.

Fantastic Insight
Revisado: 11-24-19
Fantastic insight for advisors. Many are not properly educated on the matter, and it is a major threat to client wealth that's taken years to build. I'd recommend this audio book to anyone who wants to learn more about financial challenges their clients will likely face and how to have the conversation about long term care.

Best Investment Based Book I've Read
Revisado: 03-15-17
Not only was this book worth a read, it is worth several. Fantastic information. Really showed how there are multiple ways to wealth through real estate and that none of them are wrong. I feel too often we're focused on doing things "the right way." This book opened up my mind quite a bit.
