I loved listening to Andrea and Gena share their many strategies and much knowledge in their own voices! These two ladies know their stuff and offer tons of useful tips for the new and seasoned Real Estate Investor alike. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in increasing their property portfolio or the size of their pocketbook!
