Understanding language change and how languages differ helps us see that what is often labeled "wrong" about people's speech is, in fact, a misanalysis.

It really opens up my mind, after having tried so hard to speak English the way I was taught. Knowing how there are so many ways to speak this language really got amazed at how far it has evolved over centuries and over lands.

Historia
This was to be her last day alive. The renowned criminal psychologist Ira Samin prepared her suicide thoroughly. The death of her eldest daughter had weighed too heavily on her conscience for her to carry on and she yearned for one last drink to raise a toast to oblivion. Her morbid plans are interrupted and she is called in to negotiate a gruesome hostage situation at a radio station where a psychopath is playing a morbid game. While the show is on air, he calls people from the phonebook at random. If they pick up the phone with a certain slogan, a hostage is set free. If they don’t, then the hostage is unceremoniously shot.

Interesting
Revisado: 09-17-18
This is tasty. The story really leaved me hanging! I like how they voice act the whole thing. different voices with effects, making it feels so natural, feels like I'm watching a movie but with no picture.
The only thing that bothers me is the "clothes movement and footsteps" a bit dirty as you listen to it.
What I can suggest is to add more soundtrack to this. the "1st part" with the music while narrating really got me hooked! Feels like a complete play prod. So cool! Good job!

Cozy mystery with a touch of fantasy?
Revisado: 09-14-18
Seeing the cover gave me a thought of a children's book but it's a cozy mystery?
This got me too curious and made me bought it... Turns out, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!
I had fun not just with the writing and story itself (doing research it's a loved book by most readers) I also enjoy the soundtrack and how the music feels on this one, it drew me into the story more. Mischief, Quirky with the touch of fantasy... First time to hear something like this. A totally different experience!
listening to intense or dark mystery stories most of the time will actually make you want to listen to a lighter vibes like this. I will definitely hear for more.
I LOVE IT!

Harry's year-old Vegas marriage is unraveling. And the hunt for a killer is leading Harry to another high-profile L.A. murder case, one where every cop had a motive. The question is, did any have the guts?

Historia
Most of us assume the online underworld is flooded by images of child sexual abuse. Yet due to the hazards of investigating the Dark Web, it is very difficult to find independent research. So just how much child porn is there on the Dark Web? And what are the police doing to tackle it? In this episode, Channel 4 News's former Technology Reporter, Geoff White, discovers a shocking truth — that many paedophiles don't need the dark web. They're active in a much more open way.

What a ride!
Revisado: 08-08-18
I've just recently finished 1st to die, and immediately, I wanted to read another of James Patterson's books. I did not regret getting this one. The story, the narration, the soundtrack, all of it together really brought me out of a boring day in the house and into the book. I want to follow Lindsey more and get on to the next book in the Women's Murder Club.
