I hesitated to buy this book for a long time and I’m kicking myself for it. This was a fun book about a man looking for peace and meaning then finding it in an unlikely place. I highly recommend this book.

And he does it again!!!

I have to say that the wait for this book was well worth it. The story continues tighter after Project Freedom ends is similar to the previous books in the series in that it is very much a character driven narrative. I loved change up of slowly splitting the focus from just Major Edward (can’t remember how to spell his first name) to digging deeper into some of the supporting characters and their motives. As always Mr Thorne does a great job with the action and Macleod Andrews absolutely brings the world to life with his unique voices for all the major characters. This is a great book but if you haven’t read/listened to the first three do yourself the favor and go get them first. Looking forward what book 5 and beyond holds for this series!!!

Man I wish this was a full novel

Another great story in the universe that mixes a great detective story with some classic scifi elements. Really wish this was turned into a full length novel!!!

Jeep churning them out

If you just want a fun story with fight scenes, budding romance and some comedy to boot then this is the series for you.

In this particular books case it is another great entry in the Animus series by the Anderle boys. If you haven’t the rest of the series start there because the story of Kaden and Chief is a lot of fun.

Not what I was expecting

So the first 3 books of the series were great fun read that we a lot more light hearted. The book shifts gears and shows that the protagonist is an immortal God but a guy still learning the ropes. I really appreciate that after going through a all the hard times in the meat of the story that it depicted the after effects and his recovery. Great work and can’t wait for the next audiobook.

Larry did it again with this volume. I had already purchased the first novellas but the additional two shorts and novella was well worth the price.
