Historia
For fans of Tina Fey and David Sedaris - Internet star Jenny Lawson, aka The Bloggess, makes her literary debut. Jenny Lawson realized that the most mortifying moments of our lives - the ones we'd like to pretend never happened - are in fact the ones that define us. In Let's Pretend This Never Happened, Lawson takes readers on a hilarious journey recalling her bizarre upbringing in rural Texas, her devastatingly awkward high school years, and her relationship with her long-suffering husband, Victor.

P U open a window terrible
Revisado: 10-23-14
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?
someone who enjoys chaos, and meaningless sub-stories about non-point of interest characters
Would you ever listen to anything by Diana Gabaldon again?
maybe, doubtful , previous books were most enjoyable
Which scene was your favorite?
when Bree was reunited with her family
What character would you cut from Written in My Own Heart's Blood?
Dorothea and Rachel
Any additional comments?
terrible disappointment in a series of 8 books, rife with non point of interest filler story, I hardly think it logical for 2 young women to be nymphomaniacs/like in this era of repression, and both Quakers, no answers to previous plot questions. author dropped the ball on this one...it is just sad

Historia
First published as four separate novels ( Some Do Not…, No More Parades, A Man Could Stand Up, and The Last Post) between 1924 and 1928, Parade’s End explores the world of the English ruling class as it descends into the chaos of war. Christopher Tietjens is an officer from a wealthy family who finds himself torn between his unfaithful socialite wife, Sylvia, and his suffragette mistress, Valentine. A profound portrait of one man’s internal struggles during a time of brutal world conflict, Parade’s End bears out Graham Greene’s prediction that "there is no novelist of this century more likely to live than Ford Madox Ford."
