Could not handle the male narrator doing the female voice. He made her sound dumb and silly when she is confident and smart.

The audio stops several times for 4 seconds each. It can get pretty annoying when listening.

Beautifully written. The story is very gripping. Many times I thought I have the ending figured out, but there comes a new plot twist.

Narration was good.

Specially enjoyed the beautiful poems by Mahogany L Brown and the speech by Prof. Anita F Hill.
I think we should all agree that Sasheer Zamata is amazing! Haha! Then there is the relentless and beyond brave, Aaron Rose Philip!

A great short story about the brave and intelligent Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing. The lady with the lamp, an inspiration!

Wow, this is a very cute romantic short story.

The narration of this audiobook was on point! I did not want to stop listening so whenever I had to pause it, I could not wait to get back to it. Since it was a short story, I was able to wrap it up in a day’s time.

A must read/listen for anyone looking for a delightful story.

Ep 10: Ouch Audiolibro Por Dr Joanna McMillan arte de portada

A great book with plenty of information. Dr Joanna McMillan speaks in layman terms and does not go into too technical(medical) details which makes it so easy to understand what she is talking.

She provides a good overview of how our gut may react to certain foods and how we can improve our eating habits. The book also helps clear some misconceptions about food and eating habits. It explains why we need a diversity in our diet, the role of probiotics and prebiotics, the best diet in the world (totally agree with her on that), fiber importance, and some not so pleasant but important topics.
The short summary of tips after each episode is gold.

Highly recommend to someone who is new or in the beginning of their journey towards healthy eating.

This was a very amusing piece about the author's traditional family meals. The story has 6 parts and each of the parts had a sort of random ending, but its not a traditional novel.

Each time the author (also the narrator) spoke about a dish, I googled it to understand what he was talking about. It was interesting to hear his personal experience with each of the dishes.

Overall it was a fun read.

A very short but cute story.

The audiobook version was almost like a play. It was amazingly performed with the background sounds, train announcements, crowd murmurs, church bells, songs, everything.

The ending was slightly rushed and I hope it was a little bit more to the end. However, I did smile through out the story.
