As the headline says, these aren't audiobooks-they are podcasts which is why they are free selections on Audible. I haven't listened to all of them yet (only 4 episodes) due to the content being of zero value (at least to me).
In this first episode with Michael Jordan, the actor, I'm taught how difficult it can be to get into shape (duh) especially when you're going to star in a movie and get paid handsomely (uh, wait, it's not that hard if I'm getting paid large sums of money to get fit). I've always contended that any high-paid celebrity should be able to get in shape; private chefs, in-home gyms, private trainers, private nutritionists, high-dollar supplements/prepared food, etc.
Michael and Blake, you're not "the common man" anymore and your struggles to maintain fitness (really, Blake? as a basketball player?) are impossible to believe.

A lot of the initial information was very common and of virtually no value. There were some tidbits of new info further along. The worst thing about this audiobook was the narrator. His voice quality is so strange it’s a wonder anyone would choose him for narration. Also he had some glaring mispronunciations that turned me off because it made the recording sound low grade. How does a narrator screw up a common word like serotonin?
