Gratitude. Measure Backwards. Look at your successes, not just your ideal scenario you are too impatient to give time.
Love the mindset approach from Dan and Dr. Hardy guiding toward gratitude vs. jealousy and need. Also a balance of how to want what you want and go after it unapologetically.

My wife and I listened to this book in less than 24 hours. We wanted a change of pace to the mindless Netflix shows with little to talk about afterward.
Great story that pulls you in and well written to help you visualize every moment. Highly recommended!
