I’ve been a fan of Jamie Lynn Spears since Zoey101, I’ve loved following her songwriting and music career as well. I was excited to read this new venture of her career. With the publicity about this book in the headlines that the media ran with I didn’t know what to expect. As usual they totally blew things out of proportion for click bait and drama. She had her story to tell and she did just that. It was interesting seeing an inside look at her career as a child star, to a musician, wife and mother. My only complaint with this book was it was not long enough, I hope she’ll write another sometime.

Huma goes into great detail about her life, marriage, and job. We get to see a personal side to politics and the Clintons. One of the best books I’ve ever read.
