Historia
Can we learn to love the things we most wish had never happened? Can we really become grateful for grief? Heartbreak? The deaths of loved ones? Stephen Colbert believes we can, and sits down with Anderson to explain why and how. It is a deeply moving, thought-provoking, and at times funny conversation that Anderson says has had a major impact on his life. The comfort of sharing
Revisado: 09-22-22
I found such comfort listening to these pod cast. My husband died 15 years ago. My children land I still talk about and the wonderful life we shared. There is pain and always will be for the three of us.
In some ways it is like he is still with us out of time, just in our hearts.

Historia
Loretha Curry’s life is full. A little crowded sometimes, but full indeed. On the eve of her 68th birthday, she has a booming beauty-supply empire, a gaggle of lifelong friends, and a husband whose moves still surprise. True, she’s carrying a few more pounds than she should be, but Loretha is not one of those women who think her best days are behind her - and she’s determined to prove wrong her mother, her twin sister, and everyone else with that outdated view of aging wrong. It’s not all downhill from here.

An awakening for me
Revisado: 08-23-20
My Husband died 13 Yeats ago but I still hate to call myself a widow so when I first started listening I seriously thought about turning it off but I didn’t.
I relocated to be near my daughter and one flight from my son though now I don’t see either of them. The pandemic has been the last straw...the bottom!
This book has been an amazing inspiration. I deserve to start again.... the other starts just didn’t work! I miss having a sense of family and I miss my friends. There are no friends like old friends.
She had no idea which direction to go in and neither do I. This book made me feel I can start again! Thank you
