Narration is unprofessional and distracting

I can't get past the unprofessional narration. It is too distracting. It is too bad because the content is so great.

Unprofessional narration

I was surprised at how unprofessional the narration was for this book. There were actually moments where he makes mistakes in the narration as well, which was totally distracting. The content is good. A nice overview of DBT and how it can actually help a patient.
