Aubrey Marcus does a great job narrating his book. Marcus lays guidance for anyone to follow, this book can appeal to any sex type. It definitely has opened up me, my relationship, and has been slowly transforming my life.
Marcus shows enthusiasm while narrating and some how staying subtle & sincere. This book is a great read and great listen as well.

The Arctic century is upon us. A great jockeying for power and influence has erupted among nations in the high north. At stake are trillions of dollars in profit or loss, US security, geopolitical influence and the fate of a fragile environment as well as the region's traditional people. As the ice melts and oil companies venture north, the polar regions may become the next Panama Canal, the next Arabian Peninsula-places on earth that remain relatively unknown in one century and become pivotal in the next.

Great Narrator, Unbiased Author, Eye Opening.
Revisado: 08-16-19
I thought the story was great the narrator was fantastic the author seem to be pretty unbiased and it truly was an eye-opening read or listen for the way of the Arctic life . I truly enjoyed this book and I wish more books were written like this; showing both sides and leaving the author's personal opinions out. at the conclusion / afterward of the book you get an understanding of where the author some pinions are where they were before the book and where they are after the book it really truly is a game changer.

Historia
On October 6, 1973, Ted Simon knew there was no going back. He loaded up his 500cc Triumph Tiger in the pouring rain and said good-bye to London. Over four years he rode 64,000 miles round the world. Breakdowns, revolutions, war, a spell in prison, and a Californian commune were all part of his experience, which was colored variously by utter despair and unimaginable joy. He was treated as a spy, a god, a welcome stranger and a curiosity

Historia
Steven Rinella won a lottery to hunt for a wild buffalo in the Alaskan wilderness. One of only four hunters that year who succeeded in killing a buffalo, he carried the carcass down a snow-covered mountainside and floated it four miles down a white-water canyon while being trailed by grizzly bears and suffering from hypothermia. Rinella found himself contemplating his own place among the 14,000 years' worth of buffalo hunters in North America and the place of the buffalo in the American consciousness.

Beware a FIVE Star (5*) Vegetarian review:
Revisado: 11-08-18
Wow this story is not what I expected from the author. It does prove how REAL hunters are conservationists. The author takes you through the buffalos history. It was not a sad or grotesque book. It was beautiful, and heartfelt.
I hope others who love nature and buffalo will give this book a shot. (no pun intended)
Unfortunately, I felt the narration was poor, the accents we're almost insulting. This book was deep and should have been read by the author, or some like Nick Offerman,Sam Elliot, Tom Hardy or Idris Elba. It needed more emotion and a more outdoorsy narrator.
I will probably buy this book and give it another run through. Well Done.

Thoreau's classic account of the solitary life, describing his attempts to simplify his life and sort out his priorities by living alone in a cabin beside Walden Pond for nearly two years, is one of the most influential books ever written. The bible of the environmental movement, Walden vividly portrays Thoreau's reverence for nature, and his understanding of the idea that nature is made up of crucially interrelated parts.
