Historia
Shannon Moss is part of a clandestine division within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. In western Pennsylvania, 1997, she is assigned to solve the murder of a Navy SEAL's family - and to locate his vanished teenage daughter. Though she can't share the information with conventional law enforcement, Moss discovers that the missing SEAL was an astronaut aboard the spaceship USS Libra - a ship assumed lost to the currents of Deep Time. Moss knows firsthand the mental trauma of time travel and believes the SEAL's experience with the future has triggered this violence.

Historia
Victoria McQueen has an uncanny knack for finding things: a misplaced bracelet, a missing photograph, answers to unanswerable questions. When she rides her bicycle over the rickety old covered bridge in the woods near her house, she always emerges in the places she needs to be. Vic doesn't tell anyone about her unusual ability, because she knows no one will believe her. She has trouble understanding it herself.

Great book, AMAZING narrator
Revisado: 07-04-13
This is a really, really enjoyable listen. Great pacing, exciting story the whole way through. Hill really made me want to "hang out" with these characters, even the nasty ones. But the most surprising and engrossing part of this audiobook was the narration by Kate Mulgrew. She so expertly performed this reading that I am amazed she hasn't done more narration. I could listen to her narrate an iTunes EULA and be enthralled.

Historia
Say you're a time traveler and you've already toured the entirety of human history. After a while, the outside world might lose a little of its luster. That's why this time traveler celebrates his birthday partying with himself. Every year, he travels to an abandoned hotel in New York City in 2071, the hundredth anniversary of his birth, and drinks 12-year-old Scotch (lots of it) with all the other versions of who he has been and who he will be.

Almost perfect
Revisado: 03-20-13
A great listen. Occasionally approaches the edge of "confusing" but never steps over it. Just twisty enough to keep you on your toes. A solid, smart book and a solid performance. I would put this on a "must-hear" list for time travel fans.

a nice surprise
Revisado: 07-25-12
I'm not always a fan of "spaceship" sci-fi, but something about Leviathan Wakes really got me. I was almost immediately hooked on this one. A great performance, too. Didn't want it to end. Can't wait until the next book in the series is available here!
