Wow, there's a lot packed into this quick audiobook listen!
In less than 90 minutes, the experienced author includes helpful advice, useful reminders, and specific guidance on navigating interpersonal relationships. I liked that the material covers relationships in all forms in everyday life, though even more (a chapter specific to co-workers and supervisors) would have been welcome. While at times basic concepts, it kept it accessible and focused so easy to apply to my life.
The audio narration was clear, engaging, and set at a good pace. Glad I listened!
