After hearing him describe the definition of NLP at least 25 times (that is no exaggeration), I finally couldn't take it any longer. I cannot return this audiobook although I did try.
The info that is mentioned, other than the definition of NLP, is lightly touched with no depth or details forthcoming. Although he does mention (multiple times) how his multi-day intensive training course is exactly what the listener needs. Basically I bought a boring infomercial.
I don't know what book those who gave this 5 stars were listening too but it couldn't have been this one.
