Caught Me Off Guard

Had no clue what the story was about. Ended up surprised and thoroughly moved at the powerful way the author's journey was expressed. I rode the waves of her many emotions with her. I understood how it felt to try and follow the crowd and not your heart until you can't anymore. The bravery she displayed after almost losing her heart was palatable. Her joy at the end left my heart full. Wonderfully performed. I look forward to hearing more from Jade in the future.

Welcome to the Big Leagues!

If this is Emily Noon's first book, she knocked it right out of the park. Great story, well defined characters that I couldn't help but love from the outset and a story that kept my interest for hours as I really wanted to see where things were going. The cherry on top was having Abby Craden narrating. Abby is a pro at bringing characters to life and making me want to root for them, defend them and love them. Great job, Emily. Looking forward to your next book.

That's a Wrap! One for the Ages!

Hit all the right notes for a wonderful love story. Had me smiling, laughing out loud, righteously indignant and even crying real tears at some points. The story had it all and I really appreciated the authentic presentation of the life of a woman in the Officer ranks in the military. Having it take place in 2020 and taking on the political issues of the day was great. And of course showing everyone a smart, fearless, compassionate woman can be the leader of the free world was awesome. Last but not least was the performance by Abby Craven. I could listen to her read the Telephone Book. She is THAT amazing.

Bring on the Cats!

This book was fabulous. It had me from the 1st page until the very last page. I'm a big fan of Fairh Hunter and Khristine Hvam so when I saw Audible had it as an original I had to listen. So glad I did. Looking forward to the follow on books about Little Girl's adventure. Sounds as if it is going to be one heck of a ride!

Great Series....Poor Narration

This is a very fun series but listening to it was a misteke. Narrator is not very good. Character voices mixed up. Questions read like statements. A tough listen. Impacted my enjoying the story. Will read the books in the future.

Movie Quality Story!

if there is ever been a book that I would love to see made into a movie, this is the book. If they made it into a movie I would have to see it at least 10 times. The story was sweet the performance was great and the story is Well written. it made me laugh it made me tear up sometimes it just made me feel things. Very very good book.

So many stories told in one book. My story...your story... her story. The author is a skilled weaver of literary magic. Definitely my new favorite. The story is amazingly healing for those who suffered much pain and agony as they grew into themselves. It show the ugliness and reality of rejection by family friends and Society at large simply for being who you were born to be. It also showed the understanding and the acceptance that comes from unconditional love where you are accepted 100% for who you are and cherished. it made Old Fashioned Love cool again. I can't think of a better story. And the icing on the cake was the narrator. The narrator was magnificent. The way she expressed the deep emotions and feelings throughout this story really touched me. I'm convinced I will read this book many many many times.

What did you like best about this story?

The simplistic way Mr. Rosenberg explained the solution to what clearly has become one of the biggest problems in society. In a society where we barely can hold a conversation face to face anymore and we experience more episodes of violent behavior than ever before, his book is like a beacon in the darkest night. This book should be required reading for anyone tempted to obtain a marriage license!!!
