A much appreciated alternate ending to the little women
Revisado: 04-19-25
I always wanted the little women book to end differently, now I’ve found the right book! Full of the sorrow that comes with loss but also the warmth that family can bring.

Beautiful, descriptive writing. I love how Karina brings real life circumstances into this book to show that there’s always light even in the darkness.

So disappointing
Revisado: 07-09-23
I'm so sad about this book. Our family chose this book for a long road trip and we got to the end and were shocked there was not a better ending. There is no character transformation , the main character is pretty selfish and doesn't seem to improve at the end in any significant way. Anyway, I wish we spent our time on a different book, but it did provide some conversation with the kids.

The BEST mystery series for kids!
Revisado: 03-30-20
My oldest daughter (8) absolutely LOVES all of the Happy Hollister books and only has a few left to finish the entire series. These books really set her off in her love of reading, so I am ever so grateful! We have loved listening to this first book on audio as a whole family and my youngest daughter (4) especially loves it and has listened by herself to the whole thing a few times! I am so grateful for this series and love that there is an audio option for the first and can't wait for more!!
