Historia
Is Project 2025 America's saving grace or a recipe for disaster? There's no denying it – Project 2025 is a political lightning rod. It's got people across the country fired up, and for good reason. This conservative plan could transform the very fabric of our nation. But before you pick a side, you need to understand the facts.

Half-hearted effort masquerading as neutral analysis
Revisado: 12-07-24
Selectively stating some 2025 topics while expounding on their counterpoint, does not constitute a neutral analysis. The thumb was on the scale the entire time. The book followed the familiar, tell them what you are going to tell them, then tell them, then tell them what you told them. For a 6 hour listen and with 8 major topics to cover …. well, you get the just of that criticism. I’m

Peacetime can be a rough adjustment for the battle-hardened Merry Band of Pirates.

A Lazy Effort
Revisado: 01-14-21
I have enjoyed the entire Expeditionary Force series, but this book wandered around as if all it wanted to do was bridge to the next book in the series. Fully half of the book was filled with the "in case this is your first book, let me provide some background" type of chatter. It got so bad, that the book even started providing background on what had happened 5 chapters ago. Craig Alanson either needs to up his game or wrap up the series.

Historia
On the surface, the Victorian age is one of propriety, industry, prudishness and piety. But scratch the surface and you’ll find scandal, sadism, sex, madness, malice and murder. Presented by Stephen Fry, this series delves deep into a period of time we think we know, to discover an altogether darker reality. The stories we’re told offer a different perspective on an era which underwent massive social change. As education, trade, technology and culture blossomed, why was there an undercurrent of the ‘forbidden’ festering beneath Victorian society?

Carnival Barker material

Ripley’s Believe It or Not in audio form. The constant attribution to others work tells you what you already suspected. This is a cut and paste job. I got bored very quickly.
