Historia
It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling—and how their lives would play out from that point on.

Couldn't finish
Revisado: 01-31-23
I keep trying over and over and listen for about 2 minutes before I need to back out and take a break. I rarely don't finish a book but this is just not for me. The narrative is very self-pitying. I hope this was a cathartic and healing process for him as it sounds like he needs it.

Relayed in his own unsparing voice, Demon braves the modern perils of foster care, child labor, derelict schools, athletic success, addiction, disastrous loves, and crushing losses.

Loved it
Revisado: 01-05-23
This felt so raw and authentic that it almost felt more like a memoir than a novel. Charlie Thurston's narration was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

Banal and predictable
Revisado: 12-14-22
I thought the narration was a bit over-dramatized which may have interfered with my overall opinion of the story. I felt halfway through you could tell exactly what was going to happen. So far my least favorite Kristin Hannah.

A Tragic Saga
Revisado: 11-02-22
I really enjoyed this book and the narrator. A powerful tale of Korean immigrants in Japan, through the 20th century, and their struggles as prejudice and societal persecution cruelly weave their life paths.

Great books
Revisado: 12-19-21
These stories are so engaging and well done, we'd love to see a movie made! Everyone in the family enjoyed it, parents and 7 & 10 year olds.

A compelling and very enjoyable story
Revisado: 12-12-18
The narrator was very well suited for this story and I enjoyed listening to her. The story itself was intriguing from the start and held my attention from start to finish. i couldn't wait to hear more one I started, great book.
