Historia
Despite having what I consider to be a stellar disposition, I've acquired a laundry list of enemies. Narrowing it down won't be easy. But one thing is for sure: Whoever it is knows what I am and won't stop until I'm dead or behind bars. Out of options, I must delve into the supernatural underground I've tried so hard to avoid in search of help. Feeling more lost than ever before, I must own my truth to save myself. I'm not human. My kind no longer exist. I am...the last Valkyrie.

this is just terrible.
Revisado: 09-06-23
i am not sure why people rate this series so high. the main character is an incredibly unlikable druggie and the author completely butchered norse mythology. Plus Finn Wolf... really? Finn... Wolf.

Historia
After the devastating attack on Moira, the magical community is in crisis. They were supposed to be safe. Untouchable. But the impossible happened. The Mage’s Guild is using the tragedy as an insidious opportunity to gain more power, and there may be no one left to stand in their way. At least, no one Blackwell is willing to trust.

A very odd book.
Revisado: 05-13-23
With this book it finally clicked. There are no protagonists in this book. The lead is a selfish, elitist and ungrateful, stuborn and incredibly dense a-hole who likes to partake in police brutallity against anything from suspects to peaceful protesters and his partner is not much better. This is almost copaganda levels of bad.

Historia
Not every danger comes in the form of a mega-threat like a Titan. Some predators are a lot cozier...more personal. When one such creature threatens an independent tutor, Harry Dresden must shake off the blood and dirt of his most recent battles and rise to the occasion, even when it turns out that the new predator is far more dangerous and connected than first appearances would suggest.

Weird.
Revisado: 10-11-22
I am confused as to why Jim himself decided to read this one. I love the guy and hes a creative mastermind but it just doesnt feel the same without Marsters reading this. No hate for Jim or his performance but this just feels.... odd. out of place.
