Historia
I’m Michael Rosenbaum, I’ve spent the better part of the last two decades in and out of film and television - mostly known for playing the bald dude on the show Smallville. I’m the guy that you probably don’t know by name, but when you see my face you might say “oh, that guy from that thing.” I’ve befriended some of the most talented people in the business, but it wasn’t until I started inviting them into my home that I realized, I didn’t really know these people. What started as me having some fun, quickly evolved into something I’ve fallen in love with. What I’ve ...

I love the way Rosenbaum first puts the guests at ease by expressing his own shortcomings or flaws, then explores the nuances of the guest's performance specifically without seeming superior or condescending.

A new telling of an Ancient Tale.
Revisado: 01-16-21
I was first introduced to The Wheel of Time by "winning" The Great Hunt, book 2 of then 4 at a White Elephant party December 1994, the week before exams my Freshman Year at college. As it was Finals week I shouldn't start this doorstop of a book, but couldn't resist. That night I read the Prologue and was entranced. I had to make myself stop reading as Rand and Lan sparred on top of the Fal Dara tower as I knew I didn't want to miss any of the story. At O'hare airport I saw a display for The Fires of Heaven and promptly bought this volume The Dragon Reborn and The Shadow Rising. Not the hard cover of The Fires of Heaven, I still needed to buy Christmas presents after all. I finished the first two books before my Mum picked me up from FLL airport and was hooked. Robert Jordan didn't leave me waiting too long, as he would release a book a year until Book 8, when there was a 2 year gap between volumes.

Historia
After forming a coalition of human resistance against the enemy invasion, Dalinar Kholin and his Knights Radiant have spent a year fighting a protracted, brutal war. Neither side has gained an advantage, and the threat of a betrayal by Dalinar’s crafty ally Taravangian looms over every strategic move. Now, as new technological discoveries by Navani Kholin’s scholars begin to change the face of the war, the enemy prepares a bold and dangerous operation. The arms race that follows will challenge the very core of the Radiant ideals.

Sanderson does it again!
Revisado: 01-16-21
With Rhythm of War, Brandon Sanderson splits his impressive cast of characters into three groups. This effectively manages to explore more or Roshar -- and the Cognitive Realm -- while simultaneously pushing certain characters, marginalized in the previous three tomes into larger roles of prominence. And we get larger hints of the greater Cosmere.
