Only Rachael Maddow could research, write, & present such a fascinating story of another foreign government who was quite successful in getting members of congress to do their bidding. It is a cautionary tale for all of us. It instructs me that nefarious deeds do take a while to be sanitized by the light of day & dogged do-gooders. Hopefully we will not be too distracted to pay attention when others try to do similar activities.

I had absolutely no idea that all of these religious groups were plotting in the name of freedom but against true democracy. It is startling and very concerning. Everyone should read or listen to this reporting of a little known movement.

Now I understand

This well written book is a joy to listen to. I now understand why there are more and more severe earthquakes in Oklahoma than ever before. I have learned what has happened in Colorado before I moved here so that I have a better understanding of the current political fight over fracking now in this state. Absolute power corrupts absolutely and Oklahoma & the Oil & Gas Titans have certainly proven the cautionary tale for all of us to learn from. Thank you Rachael for researching and writing this book. Your curiosity about this subject has piqued my curiosity as well.
