My review is overdue as I finished the book sometime ago. JB is a master of sales and passes his knowledge on. I am by no means a great sales person and yet make sales using straight line theory. This book is 100% USDA choice beef unlike many "sales training" books out there. Does no good to just read though, apply it my friends!
