Ugh.
Revisado: 04-16-24
I’m not sure what I disliked more - the story or the narrator. The story felt like a series of “oh, and the this happened…and and and then This happened. Oh and you won’t believe what happened next!” The narrator— was that a real person or AI? Such weird phrasing, horrible accents and a discordant sing-song voice that would be better suited for a child’s fairytale.

Thought provoking, and so interesting to hear the other side of the wildfire story, after 25 years as a responder. John provides such an interesting perspective, and Jack provides an outstanding narration. Should be a required listen for anyone who owns or purchases property in the Great Plains

Don’t miss this action-packed series!
Revisado: 11-06-21
I have been a fan of The Project Series since book 1. Alex Lukeman and Jack DeGolia never disappoint! I love the cast of characters and the way DeGolia brings them to life. The fact that many of key players are fearless, intelligent, strong women, who are vital to the storyline don’t exist just to be “rescued” by a male character, also makes this my favorite series. Thank you Alex and Jack!!

Revisado: 03-07-20
I hope it’s only rumor that this is the last book in The Project Series! I feel like the characters—especially Nick and Selena—are old friends. It is rare to find a series, especially an action/mystery/adventure one, that has such strong, impressive female characters like Selena and Elizabeth. Jack de Golia does such a great job bringing all of Lukeman’s characters to life. I thoroughly enjoyed every book!

Listened to this entire book on a road trip today, and can’t wait to download the next in the series. The Project is my favorite series hands down, largely due to Jack de Golia’s amazing talent in bringing each of Lukeman’s characters to life. If you like action, suspense and vivid characters, don’t miss this series!

Take a wild ride in The Cup
Revisado: 04-23-17
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
My favorite series with my favorite narrator! I love vicariously traveling the globe on adventures with the cast of The Project. Give these books a listen -- you won't be disappointed! I'm eagerly awaiting Book #14
Who was your favorite character and why?
I like them all, but Selena as a strong female who can hold her own. She holds her own, without be driven by inappropriate emotions. She's an amazing, smart, fit, beautiful woman who will never be a helpless victim in need of rescue. She is an equal member of the team and brings her incredible linguistic skills that have helped the team out of a bind several times. She rocks!
Which character – as performed by Jack de Golia – was your favorite?
I love that Jack is a man of many voices -- I've listened to all 13 books, and he is so consistent with his characters. Amazes me every time! We're having a big debate right now, and can't decide. He does them all so well!
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Take a wild ride in The Cup
Any additional comments?
I hope #14 is under way! I miss my friends in The Project.
