At the start of this book I was hooked with the comedy of mishaps of dating life. Jessica wrote this like a conversation with an old friend. Yes this book is Very SPICY folks. She mentioned this at the beginning. It's a unique paranormal experience with a sista as the main character. Going to explore the rest of Jessica's collection. Nice work!

I fell in love with Book 1 and now Book 2 is becoming another audio that I will listen to again. This book is about Felix and Brie. This includes fantasy, an interesting story plot and personal growth with humorous scenes. Kimberly you have another fan.

First of all. I love RJ Blain’s books. I stumbled across them while looking for a new author to stalk and binge read. I have purchased this book on Kindle and was randomly laughing out loud as I was reading it. (Oftentimes my hubby was startled awake at night from my donkey laugh). When it came out on audible I was screaming like a girl who was announced as the Homecoming Queen and bought the book. As I listened, the puns that were written didn’t have the same effect as reading it myself. The narrator just read the jokes as if it was just words. No feeling. I am going to keep the audio because I love the author but I am not a fan of the narrator on this story.

I was looking for something to listen to that would satisfy my whodunnit with romance-comedy mood when I got this book. Synopsis grabbed my attention and I was ready for an adventure. Boy did I get an adventure. This book has intrigue, nemesis, angsts both romance and friendship. The book was good but would have been better if I had listened to the series in order. There were times where I was thinking “huh?” Or how/what the...? This is a really good series but I STRONGLY Recommend that you listen to the series in order so you won’t be lost in the action.

I would recommend this whole series, but I would put more emphasis on the earlier dragon series. This was the end of the dragon series.
Would you be willing to try another book from Katie MacAlister? Why or why not?
I have purchased several books from Katie MacAlister. Some were great reads and some not so much.
What did you like about the performance? What did you dislike?
I did like that the author continued to bring in the old dragons from the earlier series to have some minor roles in the book to bring things together. I did not like how the story seemed a little forced. Like Katie was struggling to end the series once and for all.
Could you see The Unbearable Lightness of Dragons being made into a movie or a TV series? Who should the stars be?
I cannot see this book the Light Dragon series being made into a movie. It would not come out too well.
