Really good book regarding metabolism

Overall I liked this book. Been following Lustig's work for a long time so I was familiar with where he is coming from.
However, I have to deduct a star due to him pushing fiber so insistently. He is falling in the same fiber trap as he accuses everyone else regarding sugar.
No, fiber is not an essential nutrient. Essential means that we will not survive without it. There is a large, and ever growing, community of carnivore diet followers who don't eat any fiber, yet they thrive fantastically without it. Their bowels work just fine. You only need fiber if you keep eating sugar because fiber delays the absorption of sugar - nothing else, nothing more. Doctor Paul Mason, Dr Anthony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry talk about this extensively on YouTube.

Such a disappointment

First of all, the person reading this book (the performer) was such a bad choice. Very annoying voice and keeps mispronouncing words. sounds a bit robotic too, like an AI voice.

Also, expected Sisson to be more up-to-date regarding nutrition. Loved Primal Blueprint back in the day but this just seems like a bad rehash of that one with almost no progress between the books.

I regret buying this.

As amazing as ever!

Not a single book in this series has been a let down and this is no different. One of the best LitRPG series I've listened to.

The only thing I would add is a little romantic action for Jason.

Excellent continuation of the series

First of all I wish to address one point. Despite what some others have stated, there were no overtly political vibes in the book.
Maybe some hardcore US patriots just feel insecure about themselves, who knows?

Now then, to the book itself. I feel it continues the series quite nicely. However I do feel Jason's powers are just becoming more and more OP, to the point that there are not many actual fights in the book, and the ones there are go pretty much in this way: "Jason appears, bad guy melts to nothing Jason is victorious.". Probably a bit too much emo-sadface-Jason in this book as well. Also a few other minor issues. So deducting one star due to these.

Still going to continue with the series!

Just amazing series. Sweet combo of LitRPG with anime style combat sequences.
The length of the books is also very nice, getting your money's worth of listening.

As a mass consumer of the fantasy genre I must say that this is one of the best books I've come across in 25 years.

Watch out R. A. Salvatore. There's a new king in the making and he is fresh!

This is some amazing kickass action series!
Maybe one of the best or at least most enjoyable pieces of literature/audio books I've had the pleasure to binge on.

A deluge of words wouldn't do justice as to how good a book this one is so I will say only a few. Rarely have I been as moved and impacted as I have listening to this. Highly recommended!
