Outstanding advice for managing your midset!

This title was recommended highly by a friend and it did not disappoint. Obviously the book was written from a competition sports perspective but I found it very helpful from a business standpoint as well as from a parents perspective. The words that we use both internally and externally have a huge impact. The practical, easy to implement processes described in this book are invaluable. I am certain I will be listening to this title several more times.

First I'm glad that this audio book is narrated by Chip himself. I found his story both funny and inspiring. The book has given me a great sense of motivation to be more intentional with my life.
