it's true you don't have to feel hungry while fasting I,ve gone from white knuckling a 14 to 15 hour fast to an easy 19 hr fast.

Needs new Narrator!!!

OMG!!!! the narrator of this book is horrible. I tried to listen for a while hoping it would get better but it doesn’t. She stops in the middle of the sentences she can’t figure out the words that are right in front of her. It’s very distracting. Today I saw this title with a different narrator I suggest getting that one.
