To write about his life through it. I’ve made music and never did anything with it just a way to journal thoughts. I’ve been a fan of your work just never to the depth of knowing you as a person. I kept flashing back and forth through this book to when you got to halter Logic. When I was able go back to certain albums or music videos. The book was like a time machine, seeing what you truly felt inside but how you where having a hard time off stage at such a young age. What a world to be in, the internet is a beautifully eye opening platform of information that can be turned into hatred……sad to hear what you went through as a child and as a young man growing up. Helps to place your mind in a mental spotlight of your inner awareness. To see what your thinking and what your feeling allows you to deal with your feelings with attention instead of passively.

True easy listen and had to rewind a few chapters to just absorb the full impactful information.

“Hard Times”

The Understanding of life has always been beyond my understanding. Seeing life for what it is and excepting the idea of being perfect could sometimes be unfamiliar to me. After practicing the reflection part of this book of not judging my appearance, but excepting the truth that I am perfect has change my inner gratitude. This book is simply freeing and a gentle reminder that our perception changes the amount of joy we receive from life.
