This was the best book on the subject of prayer I've ever read. I really appreciated Mary sharing the 5 principles of prayer the Lord gave her and the 3 different kinds of prayer, and how to direct them. The most empowering point she made in her book, I thought, was the power of the "unified frequency" we generate in corporate prayer. I am so much more excited about employing that power in my life now.

I believe most people would conclude that the weight loss results from this eating plan are too slow in coming....too slow to stay motivated to adher to it for the "long haul".
