Connecting with men is essential for reclaiming healthy masculinity, and nowadays you can do it via arts and digital means also, So, if you’re a fan of things like ‘Fight Club’ movie you’ll like this men’s blueprint too, I’m pretty sure. Our world is constantly changing so do the gender roles – the process similar to evolution and with its own blind branches. Many men do need some guidance and mentorship, and not only younger guys but also older ones who got lost on their way, which is more common situation than you might think.
Sometimes, it’s enough to focus on the fact that you are not alone. Many folks were in this or very similar situation beforehand and some of them founded the way to handle it, so you can do it too. Well, I like the story I should admit. All these conflicts of romantic love and love triangles are exciting and evergreen topics since monogamy is not really natural thing for humans, in my personal opinion. The only thing I would change is the narration style, I would prefer some sweet female voice for this. For now, it seems like the author talks about his own fantasies with shyness or nervousness sometimes.

Not very lengthy audio for a bundle – less than 4 hours and that may surprise you at first. At the same time, these parts are supposed to result in sleep during meditation finally, so the right one shouldn’t be really long listening.
As many others, I sometimes have sleep issues that I guess related to some challenging situations at work. Previously, I had some positive experiences with practices like Yoga Nidra, and I have to say these Christian guided meditations work even better for me. And probably that’s pretty logical since I was raised in a Christian tradition.

Well, I guess, the best - and intended way to use this book is to focus on each weekly part and don’t go further until the week ends. This way, you probably will have enough time to learn each of lessons properly and make some conclusions.
For me, it’s more usual thing to listen the whole thing all at once, and I believe that’s also typical behavior for many if not most other reader/listeners. And yes, with audiobooks it’s even more true since we have more time for listening – during chores, working out, and so on.
So, now I want to start from the very beginning to make it more actually practical. And I like that the 1st week is all about identifying and neutralizing those toxic activities – pretty interesting to implement. I also like the habit-centered approach, because in fact our lives are mostly learned and repeated routines – just need to train the right ones.

Well, if you are thinking on how to incorporate RLT in your life, this comprehensive guide is a must have. Indeed, it covers everything you need to know on RLT. It’s also advisable to get a kindle version because some concepts are not easy to listening, at least for me. But then again, that’s just me.
Potential positive effects include so many things - even improving mitochondrial function - what I didn’t know. Though some of these are not scientifically proven yet - and it is directly stated in this book, which, I guess, is a good thing. The section on RLT devices that you can use at home seems to be a proper first step to implement this advanced technology.

Good audiobook, I like the inspiring and motivational manner because that’s what I’m looking for in the listening format – not only content but rather a mix of content, repetition, rhythm, and impulse. And all that is well represented here.
Real-world examples and references to other popular works in psychology make this book fan and relatable. It’s much easier to understand, recall, and operate information that is somehow connected with some knowledge learned before.
