Mispronunciation
Revisado: 03-04-25
Every time the narrator said the word ‘hearth’ I cringed! She said herth instead of harth.

Abysmal narration
Revisado: 03-23-24
The narrator mispronounced so many words regularly that it made it very difficult to finish this title. The production value was also terrible as editing was obvious and changed with each chapter. Very poorly done!

Different and lovely, this story captivated me right away and I couldn’t stop listening. I cried the entire last hour! (In a good way)

History made real
Revisado: 07-03-23
This work seems well research and although I was familiar with both mother & daughter, since Elizabeth had been so young when she lost her mother, I had never guessed at the connections between them. I loved learning about the Boleyns throughout history, but especially Elizabeth’s devotion to her mother.

Slow narration
Revisado: 01-10-23
I struggled to continue listening to this retelling of Beauty & the Beast. The story is one I’ve heard over and over without anything new, and the slow tambour of the narrator’s voice required that I increase the listening speed to get through.
