Historia
A serial murderer known only by a grotesquely apt nickname—Buffalo Bill—is stalking women. He has a purpose, but no one can fathom it, for the bodies are discovered in different states. Clarice Starling, a young trainee at the FBI Academy, is surprised to be summoned by Jack Crawford, chief of the Bureau's Behavioral Science section. Her assignment: to interview Dr. Hannibal Lecter—Hannibal the Cannibal—who is kept under close watch in the Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane.

Love that the narrator sounded very similar to Sir Anthony Hopkins so it made the story outstanding.

I enjoyed the story. I've seen it on one of those ID shows or Snapped but it was nice to fill in the blanks of everything else. Good listen!!!

Historia
There has been a major upheaval at Mount Weather. The president has been assassinated. Her running mate, who was her husband, is sworn in as president in order to preserve democracy, but in only a short time his behavior has put the Mount Weather community in a state of turmoil. If that wasn't bad enough, Chinese soldiers have been discovered on American soil and the zeds, already an ever present danger, are continuing to show signs of cognition and teamwork. The motives of both are unknown but do not bode well for the survivors.

Zombies changing their shoes?
Revisado: 05-31-24
Overall it wasn't a bad story. Wish we got more of the Zach character that I heard about in the first 9 hours of the story just to come in with 1 hour left. Really didn't buy into all the zed theories they had. At least from all the zombie movies I've seen these things didn't happen. The narrator kept me involved. Just wish the women characters all didn't sound like 60yr old women.

Historia
For 30 years, they have avoided the outbreak of walking death that has consumed America's heartland. They have secured a small compound near the ruins of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Isolated from the world, they have remained blissfully unaware of what lies outside in the region known as the Dead Lands. Until now. Led by a military vet who's seen better days, the inexperienced offspring of the original survivors form a small expedition to explore the wastelands around them. Small pockets of humanity hide in the shadows: some scared, some mad, all dangerous. This is the New World.

Nothing really stood out.
Revisado: 04-04-24
Never read from this author or listened to any other books before. The story was very boring. I was always waiting for it to get better and it never did. That goes especially for the 2 weird and random stories at the end, even worse than the story itself. The narration of the book didn't help at all either. Hopefully the next book I pick is better than this.

Historia
George A. Romero terrified a generation with his iconic horror film and with this cult-classic novel. Immerse yourself in this unparalleled vision from the revered master of the zombie apocalypse...and be terrified all over again. Zombies have overpowered the living and ravaged the world. Society has collapsed as humans race to save themselves. No one knows how far the creatures have spread or how to stop them. In downtown Philadelphia four people escape the chaos and find shelter in a vacated shopping mall.

Better than the movie!!!
Revisado: 03-16-24
I've been a long time fan of the movie so when I ran across this as an audible book I was excited. And needless to say I was very happy after listening to this. It was full of tension and great story. As much as I loved the movie I think I would rather had seen this as a movie instead.
