Historia
Whether you're a CEO, a parent, or merely a person who wants to make a difference, you probably wish you had more influence with the people in your life. But most of us stop trying to make change happen because we believe it is too difficult, if not impossible. We learn to cope rather than learning to influence. Influencer is a thought-provoking audiobook that combines the remarkable insights of behavioral scientists and business leaders with the astonishing stories of high-powered influencers from all walks of life.

The six sources of influence described is well thought out. The proven examples helped me visualize the sources in use. Will be putting this in practice for my future change endeavors.

Historia
A stunning new approach to how individuals can not only change their lives for the better in the workplace, but also their lives away from the office, including (but not limited to) finding ways to improve one's working relationship with others, one's overall health, outlook on life, and so on. For example, why is it that 95% of all diet attempts fail? Why do New Year's Resolutions last no more than a few days? Why can't people with good intentions seem to make consistent and positive strides in the way they want to improve their careers, financial fitness, physical fitness, and so on?

Lots of shameless plugs by decent content

I've taken off points because they constantly reference a website with "exclusive content" that does not exist. The website redirects to there facebook page.
Overall theory and applicable guidelines are good.

This book has amazing strategies for improving will power. I highly recommend it. Even if you think you have pretty good self control (like I did) you'll learn the fascinating science behind your brains desires and it will help with any new "I won't, I will, or I want" challenge.
