Historia
When Tea accidentally resurrects her brother from the dead, she learns she is different from the other witches in her family. Her gift for necromancy means that she's a bone witch, a title that makes her feared and ostracized by her community. Just another political wash
Revisado: 03-20-23
The story started out okay, then quickly turned into what I see as a writers view on politics.

Historia
For as long as she can remember, Doric has felt alone. Abandoned by her human parents, she wandered for years before being taken in by a community of Neverwinter Wood elves. But her horns and tail proclaim a tiefling heritage, and even among the kindest of elves, her fledgling druidic abilities mark her as different from the rangers around her. And as humans begin to encroach farther and farther into the once pristine woods, Doric knows she needs to master her druidic capabilities if she is to be any help to her adopted family.

OVERALL VERY AVERAGE STORY
Revisado: 03-13-23
The overall story was not well developed and written in a very elementary manner. The reading was very sub-par compared to other fantasy readings. I finished the book just to see if it developed into a better story. Just for background, I have played D&D since 1979.

Historia
A thousand years have passed since a dragon has been seen in the world. Science and technology have replaced magic, which has dwindled until it has become little more than an element of myth and legend. There are those who still have dragon blood flowing through their veins, distant descendants of the mighty creatures of old. These rare humans have the power to cast magic, the power to heal, and the power to craft alchemical weapons capable of starting wars...or ending them.

Historia
Vex and Vax have always been outsiders. A harsh childhood in the elite elven city of Syngorn quickly taught them not to rely on others. Now, freed from the expectations of their exacting father and the scornful eyes of Syngorn’s elves, the cunning hunter and the conning thief have made their own way in the world of Exandria. The twins have traveled far and experienced great hardship. But with the help of Vex’s quick wit and Vax’s quicker dagger, they’ve always kept ahead of trouble. Now, unknown perils await them in the bustling city of Westruun.

On August 12th, 1996, Dylan Sessler found himself facing the hardest moment of his life at just six years old. The unexpected trauma of loss broke the innocent nature of his childhood and left behind an unending storm of confusion, pain, and hard truths in its wake. Defy the Darkness is a raw account of how Dylan processed his way through his trauma and offers guidance on how others can do the same. From depression and PTSD to grief and suicide, this audiobook dives headfirst into the taboo nature of mental health and delivers a path forward that few have been able to describe.

LIFE CHANGING
Revisado: 02-11-22
Dylan, as a veteran this book spoke volumes more than were written. Your story and your words open feelings and views in my life that have been shut off for years. It is easy to hide who we are but difficult to open that up to even those we love the most. Thank you for opening my eyes to a new perspective. God bless you brother.
