Historia
My name is Mercy Thompson Hauptman, and my mate, Adam, is the werewolf who leads the Columbia Basin Pack, the pack charged with keeping the people who live and work in the Tri-Cities of Washington State safe. It’s a hard job, and it doesn’t leave much room for side quests. Which is why when I needed to travel to Montana to help my brother, I intended to go by myself.

I love this series but...
Revisado: 06-25-24
this series is easily one of my tops and this story was another great addition to it. mercy is still a bad ass and I love seeing hers and Adam's relationship going deeper then normal one off series. that being said I have complaints, I want to see more of the rest of the pack. I know this is mercys book but I've grown attached to the side characters and I want to be greedy and say I want more. other then that it's still a great book!

all good until mpreg
Revisado: 03-29-24
might be spoilers but I tried to look online for warnings and triggers but I couldn't find any saying it contained mpreg and that's a big no for me so if you are the same then hopefully you'll see this and turn away. If that's your thing then this might be a good series for you!

great start to a exciting journey!
Revisado: 01-03-24
dannika dark is one of my favorite authors so I might be a little bias but I have yet to read anything short but amazing from her! I have re read this series so many times that it has became a sort of comfort for me. I'm a sucker for found family and a kick ass female lead that isn't portrayed as this perfect character with no flaws. Raven has flaws and learns from them. The side characters are also so fun to read/listen to that you almost get lost in who the story is about because they are so interesting. I also can't get enough of the narration because how different she voices each character and gives them life! it's truly like a movie in my head when I want to escape the world. if you are looking for a great story with fun main and side characters with a awesome sense of humor you will love this one because they only get better with each book! My only negative with this series is that it has ended but I guess all great stories must end at some point.

A new favorite!
Revisado: 06-20-23
when i started this series, I didn't think it was going to absolutely hook me like it did. I became so attached to the characters and Riley. At first, I was a little annoyed with how Riley was so weak and naive, but the more I listened and followed the story, the more I learned why, and it's heartbreaking. (small spoiler) he becomes a freaking badass. This series has great humor and unique characters that are easy to fall in love with. My only wish was that it never ended.

Historia
Sebastian Volkov, a fox shifter raised among werewolves, ran from everything he ever loved after a brutal attack that left him fearing his own shadow. That night a single kiss saved his life and left him with fantasies of a man whose face he couldn’t remember. When Sebastian’s car breaks down in a small Washington town, he meets an alpha werewolf who reminds him vaguely of a stranger’s kiss.

Mercy Thompson retailing, but MM.
Revisado: 05-12-23
It was so much like mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs it was almost laughable. That being said, I still found it enjoyable enough. It kept my interest for the entire listen. I wasn't too crazy about the narration. At first, laim sounded way off, but it changed half way though the book to sound more irish. I wish the main character would grow a backbone and not sound and act so pathetic and helpless. I'm not sure if reading the next will be worth it, but I want to see him grow.
