Historia
In virtually every way that can be measured, Gen Z’s mental health is worse than that of previous generations. Youth suicide rates are climbing, antidepressant prescriptions for children are common, and the proliferation of mental health diagnoses has not helped the staggering number of kids who are lonely, lost, sad and fearful of growing up. What’s gone wrong with America’s youth? In Bad Therapy, bestselling investigative journalist Abigail Shrier argues that the problem isn’t the kids—it’s the mental health experts.

Another home run!
Revisado: 03-30-25
I’ve come to anticipate Abigail’s work, knowing it will be truthful, thorough, and rooted in reality. She has a way of seeing the pressing issues of our time and going right to the heart of it, asking the needed questions and finding the right answers. Thank you for writing this book! Learned a new word: iatrogenic.

Historia
This is a book for men, specifically followers of Jesus and especially if they are married men who are finding marriage to be perplexing and more difficult than they expected. This is a book about how God's instructions in the Bible can make a man's marriage better. Before getting married, most men think that marriage will be easy. The man assumes that if he finds the right woman, he will be an excellent husband. She will love him; he will love her.

How to Husband for Dummies

Read and reread this book multiple times since it was published. Helped me save my marriage and adjust my expectations of myself and my wife. I’ve give away over a hundred copies to men who are seeking to succeed and have a great marriage. Easy read, impossible to live (without Yeshua).

Historia
Teenage girls are taking courses of testosterone and disfiguring their bodies. Parents are undermined; experts are over-relied upon; dissenters in science and medicine are intimidated; free speech truckles under renewed attack; socialized medicine bears hidden consequences; and an intersectional era has arisen in which the desire to escape a dominant identity encourages individuals to take cover in victim groups. Every person who has ever had a skeptical thought about the sudden rush toward a non-binary future but been afraid to express it - this book is for you.

Much needed visibility and clarity on Trans issue
Revisado: 08-21-24
Abigail provides the muted other side of the argument for the highly politicized trans issue. So many parents and medical professionals have failed to step cautiously towards permanent alterations and harm regarding young children’s mental and physical wellbeing.
