It is refreshing to listen to an audible book in the author's actual own words. Not because it being laughter, but the fact that provides a relativity to what they are saying and how the listener can connect to it.

Wasted a free credit on this Audible and it was not due to the narrator, but the terrible narration. it was like the author already hated the lead female character and decided to make her terrible from the beginning to the end and it was very rushed that there was no depth to any of the other character outside the two leads.
