15-minutes of a great workout

While I'm working out to this, it almost feels like I'm at a gym or zumba class. The music is fantastic and Samantha Knight really keeps the energy up throughout the workout. I'm exhausted after each session.

Really helping me stay stress-free

Stress can really take a toll on your body. Usually after a stressful fight with my partner or doing something wrong at work, I'll start feeling tense and then boom, I'm sick. I know I need to fix this, and trying these meditations have eased it down for me a little bit.
