Historia
In this eye-opening manifesto, pediatric sleep specialists Eliot S. Katz and Carolyn D'Ambrosio explore the history of the "cry it out" industry and the medicalization of perfectly normal infant sleep patterns. They explain how the demands of modern society encourage parents to value uninterrupted sleep over their baby's needs, and to ignore important nighttime opportunities for parent-child bonding.

I can't praise this book enough!
Revisado: 05-12-21
This book does an excellent job at explaining the normal sleep behaviors of infants and emphasizes the importance of nurturing the sacred bond you have with your infant. I love that Doctors Katz and D’Ambrosio included references and evidence-based information for their recommendations.
The lessons from this book are very clear and concise. It's so common to think that you are doing everything wrong as a parent and feel overwhelmed/guilty, but all you have to do is follow your instincts....This book is really such a breath of fresh air!!!!
The audio was very easy to follow and I finished it within a few days, I also purchased the book and have personally recommended it to all expecting/new parents I’ve come in contact with since reading.
