the story was decent. the narrator was just meh. overall it was just meh. big let down from book 1. here's hoping book 3 is better!

amazing narrator

the story was really good! sucked me in from the beginning. the narrator has such a great voice and read this story beautifully. I wish all the rest in this series was read by the same narrator. I can't wait to hear him read again in book# 5.

love this entire series. this one is just as amazing as all the ones before it. I'm heartbroken the next one isn't ready yet LOL! I am a true fan and honestly addicted to Minalin the Spellmonger! Amazing story! cleared up alot of my questions from the previous book too! I'm on pins and needles for the next one...hurry up Terry Mancour! give me my next Spellmonger book! hahaha!

it ended at the best part!!! im sad... I must wait for my next month's credit to get the next in series. this is one of the best book series ever! love every one of them so far! a must have for ur collection.

NARRATOR IS HORRID! SHE RUINED THE STORY!

I LOVE the Spellmonger series, this narrator is horrid. Mispronounced names and places, and the character voices were terrible. Her timing in some of the conversations between characters was so OFF that the characters personality didn't even "fit" into the story through out the series.This was such a HUGE let down and disappointment. I have listened to every book in the series probably 15 times or more, THIS book and the HAWK MAIDEN series will get ZERO repeat listens from me. If you bring in a new narrator have them listen to the original narrator first, so they can pronounce names, and places correctly. I was confused for over half the book. I complained about this same issue with my review of the Hawk Maiden books. So no one reads these reviews apparently, because if they did this wouldn't have happened AGAIN! And this book was worse than the Hawk Maiden books! I'm completely disappointed and sad. This would've been an awesome book if John Lee would've narrated it. Maybe I will STOP using my credits to pre order these books and start listening to the samples and if it's another HORRIBLE NARRATOR I will just NOT BUY THOSE BOOKS. This narrator SUCKED!!! Ruined the story. Sad!! VERY sad

love all the spellmonger books! they're amazing. BUT the narrator of this 3 book series cannot pronounce some words correctly and I'm beginning to think she has never heard the other 10 books that were put out on audible before this series. it's starting to grate my nerves just a smidge.
