Detonate explains how organizations built up bad habits, identifies which ones masquerade as "best practices", and suggests alternatives that can contribute to winning in the marketplace. With a focus on optimism and empowerment, it focuses on an approach and mindset which are critical to successfully compete in an era characterized by profound technological advances and uncertainty.

Detonate shows other Agile ways to approach business needs
Revisado: 05-24-20
Looking for new ways to approach project management this book got mentioned during and @Advisors webinar. In this book the authors corroborate the notion around the need to modify our business / enterprise practice at the same pace of the changes in the environment. When technology is taking care of the human/machine interaction the book attempts to make us look on the human behaviors for the source of god decision making. In it there is a mach between the incremental run with MVP as the Agile PM Manifesto with the notion of taking small business steps with controlable risk get feedback and value rather a cascade approach for a full deployment and the risk of being ineffective or being late.
Great book I had fun listening to it.
