The author captures a perspective about the sub-conscious and our beliefs. Personal stories about the author and his quest for self-awareness make this an approachable topic. I thoroughly enjoyed the audio book and would recommend it for anyone on a quest to discover the "why" in their life.

Stumbled into this one based on the authors reputation. At that point in my career where it was time for a little reflection. What I got was perspective and a game plan. Cal synthesizes the intersection between a traditional passion based approach and the more actionable skill set approach. I would recommend this audio book for those looking to understand their career success and for those looking to plot a more concrete path.
