Mind opening?
Revisado: 10-09-22
The book ended up going a direction I wasn't expecting but ended up opening my mind to many different ideals, thoughts, and practices. The later half feels as if it focuses on meditative practices mostly but interwoven throughout are gems of knowledge that sent me down a rabbit hole of researching and revelations. I will definitely give the book another listen and will try many of the recommended practices in an attempt to "see for myself"

Great introduction to Habits and changing them.
Revisado: 10-27-21
I really love the book. originally I thought it was going to be on of course the power of habits, but more so on actually changing them, best practices and so on. I will say the stories that were provided were great examples of the extremes of habits, the roles they play, the impacts that they can have on us for better or worse and overall how to acknowledge what you do because of habit and what part triggers it. There is a great breakdown on the habit loop and how habits are formed, as well as the key components and their roles.

Historia
Dr Jekyll, a charming doctor explores the possibility of dividing the dark and light side of her personality, but in doing this she creates a monster, Eleanor Hyde. For many years she manages to live under the radar, keeping her dark secret unknown to those around her. However, gradually her evil side gains strength until Dr Jekyll is overwhelmed by Eleanor Hyde, to disastrous consequences. An exploration of human duality and forces of good and evil, this modern retelling is compelling and eerie and retains the disturbing nature of the original text.

Takes Two Listens (Use the PDF for One Listen )

loved it, definitely will listen again and take notes to easily reference next time. in the first few chapters I felt as if I was just being sold on SalesBrain however those beginning chapters are just priming you to better understand the chapters to come and validate what you'll hear. Also, the references and examples of experiments mentioned are unique and very relevant to the entire process.
