Historia
Martin and Peggy Chance believe love should last a lifetime. With their fiftieth wedding anniversary on the horizon, they’ve modeled a beautiful relationship for their three grown children. But to their dismay, that lesson hasn’t quite caught on—the three siblings just can’t seem to take a chance and find love in their own lives.

Cute story

Cooper’s narrator was difficult to listen to with weird pauses and an unnatural conversational flow.

Historia
Best-selling author Mark Manson brings his signature no-nonsense wisdom back to the subject he started his career covering: relationships. Being with your partner may feel like rainbows and unicorns, but that doesn't mean you have a healthy, functioning relationship. Sure, we all need love...but love is not enough. In Love Is Not Enough, Mark’s first Audible Original, you’ll follow five real people over the course of six months as they navigate f--ked up romantic situations, ranging from dating app addiction to marital affairs to absurd fantasies.

Worth a listen
Revisado: 10-01-20
I read the reviews after I had added it to my library and I thought I wasted a credit but I was wrong. The F-bomb is used a lot and I knew that before starting so I wasn’t surprised and I was able to tune it out when I focused on the content. I do recommend this book to anyone that wants to explore why they struggle with relationships. I found that I could identify parts of myself within each individual interviewed, in terms of my past and present romantic relationships and in the relationships with my immediate family. There is definitely going to be a second (or third) listen.
