Historia
The effects of narcissistic abuse on a fragile psyche are real and lifelong. Sensitive hearts raised by toxic minds are gripped by insidious spiritual wounds, invisible, but obvious. Earn Your Luck is an inside look into the mental framework of a codependent and the energetic patterns of an empath, braiding the two with the intent to draw a picture for its listeners that though someone else's narcissistic disorder at one time was our poison, it may now (to the codependent empaths of the world) be our immunity to its lasting effects.

Stacy's way with words and spoken reflected truths of her life were just the thing any thirsty girl needs. If you are yearning for change and a deeper understanding of the narcissistic/empath dance and how to step outside of the cycle- this book is for you. Stacy is an amazing writer and storyteller and I highly recommend this book. Her metaphors and poise, in describing her learned situational awareness has allowed me to apply these tactics to my own life. She has a calling to speak truth to those with ears of understanding willing to listen.

Historia
Imperfectly Sane is a message for mothers who don't trust themselves and a voice for the silenced daughters who raise them. It's a raw and explicit account of self-discovery on a journey of daring the world with a whole lot of truth. A young girl with a fierce defense of escapism gives a bird's eye view of the healing transformations one must go through to overcome a hellish past, face our fears, and own the power we possess through it all.

growing up in gymnastics i idolized Dominique Moceanu. i heard bits and pieces of her struggle but it was nice to hear it from her. She's very inspiring especially knowing what we all now know about the culture behind the scenes. she is so brave!

Historia
Atz Kilcher learned many vital skills while helping his parents carve a homestead out of the Alaskan wilderness: how to work hard, think on his feet, make do, invent, and use what was on hand to accomplish whatever task was in front of him. He also learned how to lie in order to please his often volatile father and put himself in harm's way to protect his mother and younger, weaker members of the family. Much later in life, as Atz began to reflect on his upbringing, seek to understand his father, and heal his emotional scars, he discovered that the work of pioneering the frontier of the soul is an infinitely more difficult task.
