I've had this on my list for awhile. Full disclosure, I'm an industry Insider. the story hits the high points but misses a lot of important details that have since come to light. some of the simplifications will make die hard rocket junkies cringe. the narrator somehow manages to mispronounce just about every name. as an introductory overview to Blue, Virgin, and Space-X it is fine. if you want to really learn something go listen to the deeper dive books that have come out since.

A fantastic story of an unbelievable event

This is a wonderful story about fascinating people united under improbable circumstances. while the battle of Schloss Itter is a footnote in the history of WWII, it's impact went on to shape the face of the post war world. this entertaining narrative introduces you to all of the participants and their unlikely paths to the battle. the battle itself is almost stranger than fiction!

Well researched, enjoyable, and mind boggling!

There's lots of books on Trump and his presidency. This one gives the most enlightening insight yet of the man's psyche by investigating how he treats his favorite pastime. full of great vignettes, both good and bad, from the people who've played with him. I'm not even a golf fan, but enjoyed the book thoroughly and came away with a new appreciation for what it's supposed to be.
