I read this book when I first discovered NR Walker and enjoyed it. Nick Russo really brought the characters to life, especially Lucas! The audio book brought it up a notch. This is a funny feel-good story.

Charlie David is a smooth talker
Revisado: 05-15-20
The book is narrated by Charlie David who does an awesome job bringing this book to life. Sexy smooth voice that matches what you would expect from North and down to earth voice that matches Shaw's authentic self.
When I listen to an audio book, especially after having read it 1st, I want the author's words to come alive and that's what Charlie does with this series. Bravo!
WOW. What a way to end this series. I loved this series so much and hate to see it end. Together North and Shaw race against time to solve the mystery, while growing more and more attached to each other and hoping they can concentrate on both things until the mystery is solved. These guys are so adorable as boyfriends, which warms my heart because they both had some pain and emotional trauma to work through, but they eventually get there.
I've said before, I really love Greg’s storytelling ability…the way he draws you in and keeps you there so you’re frantically turning pages and he does an awesome job at writing banter. This series was the perfect balance of suspense, mystery, action, and angst. Greg painted a perfect small town full of secrets and lies. He gave us a great resolution while still leaving an opening for another book to answer the remaining questions (secrets).
I don’t think this is the last of Shaw and North and that makes me ridiculously happy. I highly recommend this series and honestly, anything that is written by Gregory Ashe.

Historia
Oz Gallagher does not do relationships well. Bored and jobless after another disastrous hook up, he decides to leave London for a temporary job in the wilds of Cornwall. Surely managing a stately home on a country estate will be easier than navigating the detritus of his relationships at home. Six months there will alleviate a bit of his wanderlust and then he can come back to London as footloose and fancy free as the day he left it. However, when he gets there, he finds a house in danger of crumbling to the ground and a man who is completely unlike anyone he’s ever met.

Joel’s narration is perfect and for this series and dare I say, for Lily's books. He lives and breathes these characters into life with his narration.
Wonderful romantic comedy that had me laughing out loud over the barbs, snark, and all the funny exchanges. Without a doubt, Lily is the queen of snark and can write down to earth romantic comedies like nobodies business.
If you are in the mood for some laughs, a whopping case of UST, and a sweet story of long time best friends to lovers romance, Risk Taker is well worth the listen!
This series was enjoyable, funny, sexy, had lots of snarky banter and predictable. Same formula for all three books, but it was just what my current state of mind needed.

The Tarot Sequence imagines a modern-day Atlantis off the coast of Massachusetts, governed by powerful Courts based on the traditional Tarot deck. Rune Saint John, last child of the fallen Sun Throne, is backed into a fight of high court magic and political appetites in a desperate bid to protect his ward, Max, from a forced marital alliance with the Hanged Man. Amazing!!!
Revisado: 03-28-20
WOW…I’m so impressed! K.D. Edwards is able to grab the reader and immerse them into the world he’s created. I read the book from beginning to end without stopping. My heart raced during certain scenes. My chest ached in others because I was worried about what was going to happen. I became invested in seeing this through. I needed them to come out on top. The settings were just as intense and important as they were in The Last Sun. I would have been disappointed if they weren't. I'm glad I wasn't. I’m still blown away by how imaginative and unique this series is!
The companion relationship between Rune and Brand was so full of love and their banter was hilarious! I enjoyed so many things about this book, but for me, the characters/relationships really drew me in. They were all sassy but in different ways. I love, love, love a “found family” story and K.D. Edwards adds lots of lost souls for Rund and Brand to watch over. And the bonds between Rune and Brand, and Rune and Addam give me life.
As I said about The Last Sun, I was fascinated by how imaginative every part of this series is. From the magic, fire-breathing dragons, goblins, and fairies, to the Atlantean culture – a race of extraordinary people gifted with the ability to summon and manipulate magic. These were just a few things on how brilliant and well-crafted the world-building was.
I found the writing style easy, fun and very, very compelling with a low heat level and no angst. I highly, highly recommend this series!
And let’s not forget the fantastic narrator, Josh Hurley. Josh Hurley is a new narrator to me and I hope he does more in the MM field. The narration was fabulous and he made the characters come alive

Loved the audiobook just as much as ebook!!!
The book is narrated by Charlie David who does an awesome job bringing this book to life. Sexy smooth voice that matches what you would expect from North and down to earth voice that matches Shaw's authentic self. I loved it and can't wait to hear the next one!!!
****************
I haven’t read all of Greg’s books yet, but every time I finish one, I’m surprised at how well-written each is. This was another awesome book and I liked it better than the first one. The characters are well-written and come alive. The plot and mystery are alive and well in this book, as it has been in the other books I have read. He has a real talent for drawing you in and keeping you there and I’m a huge fan of his storytelling ability (in case you couldn't tell). The MC's are well developed and come with a lot of baggage however, these two had me laughing out loud with their banter.
What’s even better is we have a Hazard & Somers sighting in this book! Wouldn't it be great to see a future book with North/Shaw and Hazard/Somers?
Highly recommend for murder mystery fans!

Story - 5 stars
I'm just such a big fan of this series and Wolf in Sheep's Clothing did not disappoint me in the least. In the beginning we see glimpses of Oliver and Cooper navigating living together, while house hunting. I loved how their relationship became more vulnerable & tender as they learned to trust one another.
Once they go under-cover at a couples retreat, Cooper is forced to talk about his true feelings and open up more, not only to Oliver but also to himself. And these guys are so sexy and romantic together. I love this couple and their developments as individuals and a couple.
Romantic suspense, intriguing mystery, unique paranormal universe, unpredictable twists and turns, banter and sexy times…highly recommended! I'm excited to read more! This series remains a favourite, for sure ❤ the ending is the best!
Unfortunately, the narrator is just to robotic for me. I ended up reading rather than listening.

Is it really wrong to want to murder your boss? Dylan has worked for Gabe for two years. Two long years of sarcastic comments. Two long years of insults, and having to redo the coffee pot four times in the mornings to meet his exacting standards. Not surprisingly he has devoted a lot of time to increasingly inventive ways to murder Gabe. From stabbing him with a cake fork, to garrotting him with his expensive tie, Dylan has thought of everything. However, a chance encounter opens his eyes to the attraction that has always lain between them, concealed by the layers of antipathy.

I really like Lily Morton's snarky, quirky and lovable style. Joel Leslie is the perfect narrator for Lily's style - absolutely nailed both the sarcasm and humor of the characters in the story to make this a very entertaining listen.

This little gem is from a “new to me” author ❤
Revisado: 12-28-19
4.5 stars
Kasia Bacon is a very talented author in her ability to weave a story and draw you in immediately. This was one of those reads where the story just pulls you in & consumes your attention…where you can’t help tearing through the readings as fast as you can. The short story is told from the POV of the healer, Ĥaiatto and his bond with the fighter, Yüu. The romance is tender, the characters are amazing and the world building doesn’t feel rushed.
I love this world Kasia Bacon has written in her Order Universe and can’t wait to read more!
As with so many short stories, the story ends too quickly. It just gets interesting and the reader fully invested in the characters and the tale ends.
I'm so thankful that I won a copy of Don't Fight The Spark in the BMBR Giveaway. Otherwise, I may have missed out on Kasia and her brilliant storytelling skills :)
Michael Fox brings Ĥaiatto's voice to life. Great job with the narration.
