I loved the lessons and the stories from Evy’s life she shared in the book. Every tips was backed up with reasons why they are important and a story from her own experience. I finished this book so fast because it was great at keeping you wanting to learn more. Loved the content and voice too.

I loved that book. It felt easy to listen and stop whatever I needed without losing the momentum of the story. The content was super digestible and broken down so it was easy to understand. I loved seeing the different approaches and tips everyone in the book had. I love the skinny confidential and this book was like 8 hours of episodes plus recipes. Listening to this book made me want to buy it to have a hardcopy always ready. Also loved the chapter on getting men into skincare.
11/10 would highly recommend! If you love the podcast you will love the book.
