Historia
Harry Dresden, Chicago's only practicing professional wizard, should be happy that business is pretty good for a change. But he also knows that whenever things are going good, the only way left for them to go is bad. Way bad. Recent examples: A duel with the lethal champion of the Red Court, who must kill Harry to end the war between vampires and wizards...Hit men using Harry for target practice...The missing Shroud of Turin - and the possible involvement of Chicago's most feared mob boss.

Would you listen to Death Masks again? Why?
I would. This book really checked all my boxes. The characters are great, the plot was well thought-out, the narration enriched the story...what more could I want? I would totally listen to the whole series again...^_^
Any additional comments?
Loved the short scenes with the mischievous Molly Carpenter...too funny :)

Historia
The Winter Queen of Faerie has manipulated Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden into accepting a case to solve a murder and stop a war between the courts of Summer and Winter that could have literally earth shattering consequences. His own soul is up for grabs. Dresden must dig deep to discover that at time a willingness to accept a little help from your friends, be they a cub pack of werewolves, old loves in sheep's clothing, or a battalion of pizza loving dewdrop fairies, is a very good thing.

Favorite book in this series so far!
Revisado: 09-03-13
If you could sum up Summer Knight in three words, what would they be?
Kept me guessing!
It really did...I was so involved with the carry-over of Harry's emotions from the last book, the introduction of the "White Council," great characters both new&old, and Harry's newest "case" that I was both fufilled and left wanting more when it ended!
Which character – as performed by James Marsters – was your favorite?
If Harry Dresden was a real person...I could imagine him to be just as James Marsters portrays him. Fav!
Any additional comments?
Loved the long-overdue meeting between Harry and Murphy...and the meeting location...lol!

Historia
Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden has had a rough couple of weeks. As the only openly practicing professional wizard in the Chicago area, he has squared off against a multitude of supernatural bad guys. Harry has won the day against demons, poltergeists, sorcerers, trolls, vampires, werewolves, and even an evil faerie godmother. You might think nothing could spook him. You would be wrong.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Oh yes! This was an all-around great book. Complex storyline, awesome characters, and it was all put together with the usual Dresden flair. A wonderful 3rd addition to this series!
Who was your favorite character and why?
Harry is my favorite^_^ but there were some new characters introduced in this book that were fun too. Namely Michael, Lea, Thomas, Charity....and a certain little one that is definitely going to be a handful (well, what do you expect with a name like that...lol).
Which character – as performed by James Marsters – was your favorite?
Harry Dresden<3
Any additional comments?
Omg...Harry's choice of costume...I kept having to pause...I was laughing...laughing so hard!

Historia
Harry Blackstone Copperfield Dresden is Chicago's only openly practicing wizard. He is also dead broke. His vast knowledge and magical skills are unfortunately matched by his talent for making powerful enemies and alienating friends. With little more than his integrity left, he accepts an offer of work from Lt. Karin Murphy of Chicago's Special Investigations Unit. He wants to redeem himself in Murphy's eyes and make enough money to quiet his rumbling stomach.

Great addition to this series!

Where does Fool Moon rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
I don't usually like stories centered around the main creatures in this book but this was an interesting/different take on them and their lore. Even though, I was having a little trouble keeping the different "types" of the creatures straight in my head this still ranks high on my list.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Fool Moon?
Any moment were Harry gets the crap kicked out of him and still keeps his "stuff" together...(so there were quite a few "memorable moments" here)...j/k;)
But really one of the most memorable moments in this book for me was when Harry showed that he wasn't unaffected by the stress of having to constantly fight for his life. It made him seem more human to me...
What does James Marsters bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
James Marsters really brings Harry Dresden alive!

I really enjoyed the opener for this series!
Revisado: 09-03-13
What about James Marsters’s performance did you like?
I really loved James Marsters' portrayal of Harry Dresden. Mr.Marsters really brought the character to life for me! The only reason I couldn't give the narration 5 stars was because there was a bit too much "sighing" during the performance. It fits with Harry Dredson's character but the frequency of it actually became a bit distracting. I can gladly say that the problem was corrected in the subsequent audiobooks:) If it was an option, I would only take a half a star off because the overall performance was great!
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Of all the wizarding offices, in all the towns, in all the world, she walks into mine. Of course, I am the only wizard-for-hire listed the yellow pages...*sigh* but that's not really the point...
